The primary goal was to elevate GrowthX's YouTube channel to take it to Mr. Beast's level in terms of growth & content quality, ultimately driving lead generation for the company.
Every week I used to dive deep into the insights of Indian companies creating a difference & answering the “why” behind their growth for our YouTube series called "Wireframe', one of the core IPs of GrowthX YT. With consistent brainstorming sessions with teams & effort, the channel grew quickly.
Introduced a new IP, "Infographic," in collaboration with the design team, did comprehensive research & created engaging LinkedIn posts and Twitter threads on the same.
Insider was one of the IPs launched in front of me, where we interviewed GrowthX-ers about their transition to lead roles & their journey. Once the video shoot is done & edited, I was responsible for the execution & end-to-end GTM plan.
